At the heart of Olive Basics is Gillian’s pursuit to create clothing that meets women where they are—rooted in real life, shaped by real needs.
With a background in communications, fashion design, and brand building, her work blends quiet design with technical function, creating garments that support the evolving pace of womanhood.

Olive Basics is proudly designed in Singapore, where every detail is considered through the lens of real-life wear. Our founder Gillian is deeply involved in the product development process—from early sketches to final fittings—ensuring each piece meets our exacting standards for comfort, functionality, and timeless style.
We work closely with trusted manufacturing partners in Asia, selected for their expertise in technical fabrics and quality craftsmanship. These long-standing relationships allow us to produce in small, considered batches—reducing waste while prioritising consistency and care.
