Order Processing

Your order will be processed within 2-3 working days and shipped within 2-3 working days thereafter. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. 

Kindly allow some delays during peak shopping seasons as we use third-party shipping partners.

Shipping Costs

Orders above S$150 within Singapore are eligible for free local shipping.

For international and all other shipping costs, kindly head to the checkout page where shipping costs will be calculated according to your address locally and internationally.

If there are customs or duties charged for your international order, the cost will be borne by you, the customer.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return with a valid order number. 

How to Request an Return/ Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please fill in our Return Form. Once submitted, kindly allow 2–3 working days for our team to review your request and get back to you. 

Important notes:

  • Orders made with promo codes or loyalty point redemptions are not eligible for return, unless otherwise stated in the promo code terms & conditions.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

  • All items will undergo a quality check before your return or exchange is processed.

  • By courier pick-up (additional fees apply)

  • At Olive Basics Studio (free of charge, by appointment only)

Exclusions

  1. Inner wear (such as bra pads) is not eligible for returns.

  2. All product(s) sold on sale or at marked-down prices are not eligible for exchange, refund, or return.

  3. All full-priced product(s) purchased with promotional codes or loyalty points redemption, where the terms of such promotions state that exchange, refund, or return is not allowed, are not eligible.

  4. All product(s) received through giveaways or contests are subject to the applicable terms and conditions and are not eligible for exchange, refund, or return.

  5. Exchanges or returns for a different style or product due to change of mind are not permitted. Before making a purchase, we encourage you to reach out to us for styling advice. We’ll be happy to help you find your best fit.

 Reimbursement & processing time

If your return request is approved, we’ll share detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items sent back without submitting a return request or through unofficial methods will not be accepted.

Once we receive your item at our warehouse or studio, your return will be processed as Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price within 7–10 business days. Your credit will be stored in your customer account and can be accessed anytime via your registered email on olivebasics.com. Kindly note that we do not provide cash refunds, and any delivery or processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
