Not at all! While many of our pieces are loved by pregnant and breastfeeding mums, Olive Basics was never designed to be a maternity-only brand.
We create timeless, functional pieces in natural fabrics with thoughtful details that move with you, including adjustable details, naturally stretchy fabrics, and versatile silhouettes that support women through different seasons of life — whether you're expecting, postpartum, back at work, or simply looking for comfortable everyday essentials.
Many of our styles are thoughtfully designed to adapt to changing bodies and different seasons of life, including pregnancy, breastfeeding and postpartum.

Each product page includes a size chart with measurements to help you find your best fit. If you’re in between sizes, we typically suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit, especially for styles with built-in support.

At Olive Basics, we have dual size labels, e.g. XS/S, S/M, M/L—not to confuse you, but to help you find the right fit more realistically.
A size label is fixed, but a good fit is not. Especially as women, it is possible to go through weight fluctuations throughout the month, or have changing bodies through seasons of pregnancy, postpartum or breastfeeding. Remember that a size label isn’t universal—it’s shaped by manufacturers, and depending on the fabric, cut, and how you like your clothes to feel, you might find yourself wearing different sizes across brands or even styles.

If you're between sizes, the best choice often depends on the style, fabric and your preferred fit. Some pieces are designed with more stretch, while others have a more relaxed or structured silhouette.

Don't worry, this is completely normal! Bra pads can sometimes shift, fold, or lose their shape slightly after washing or regular wear, and can often be restored with an easy care.

Most pieces can be gently machine-washed. Just use a laundry bag, cold water, and skip the tumble dryer. Hang or lay flat to dry, and avoid bleach or harsh detergents. Our fabrics are designed for daily life, not delicate handling, but caring for them well helps them last longer. Expect a little softening and character over time, that’s part of the charm.
Our pieces are designed to move with you and hold their shape through regular wear. That said, natural wear and tear is to be expected, especially with softer, more breathable fabrics that aren’t coated or synthetic like polyester.
Hang to dry and avoid tumble drying to help preserve the fit and finish. These garments are made to be lived in, not kept pristine—and we think that’s a good thing.
Yes, our fabrics are chosen with comfort and performance in mind. Many styles feature breathable blends that help regulate temperature and resist wrinkles, making them perfect for daily wear or travel. Each product page highlights key fabric benefits so you can choose what works best for you.
Orders
If you need your order urgently, please chat us on our website or Instagram DM before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Depending on your location and the availability of your items, we may be able to arrange a faster delivery option. Do note that additional delivery charges may apply.
You can place an order right here on our website. Just browse the collection, choose your size, and add your picks to cart. When you’re ready, head to checkout and follow the steps. Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll send a confirmation email with your order details.
If you need help deciding on a piece or sizing, feel free to chat us on our website or through Instagram DM, we’re always happy to help.
You’ll receive a confirmation email from us shortly after your purchase is completed. This email includes your order number and everything you’ve selected.
If you don’t see it within 10–15 minutes, check your junk or promotions folder as it sometimes ends up there. Still can’t find it? Just drop us a note and we’ll resend it your way.
If your order includes both ready stock and pre-order items, we'll split the shipment so you can enjoy your ready stock pieces as soon as possible!
Your pre-order item will be shipped separately once it arrives at our warehouse.
We're unfortunately unable to accommodate cancellations after order was placed.
If you need to make changes to your order (such as the size or colour), please chat us on our website or email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been packed or shipped yet, we'll do our best to assist, subject to availability.
Please note that sale items can only be exchanged for a different size (subject to stock availability)
Unfortunately, we're unable to cancel orders that have already been placed and paid for solely because a discount code wasn't applied.
We completely understand that these things can happen, so we'd always recommend double-checking that your discount code has been applied before completing your purchase.

If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we’re happy to help with an address update. Just chat us on our website or email us as soon as possible so we can catch it in time.
Once your order has left our warehouse, we’re unable to make changes but we’ll always do our best to find a solution if something’s gone wrong.
Unfortunately, billing addresses can’t be edited once the order is confirmed. The good news is your billing details won’t affect delivery. It’s your shipping address that matters most.

Shipping & Returns
Yes, we do! Olive Basics ships from Singapore to most countries worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location, and you’ll see the options at checkout. If you don’t see your country listed, reach out to us, we’ll see what we can do.
We typically process and ship orders within 2–3 business days. During busy periods, it may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order’s on the way.
Delivery times vary by region. In Singapore, you can usually expect your order within 2–5 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on the carrier and destination. You’ll be able to track your parcel once it ships, so you’re never left guessing.
Yes! If your order contains both ready-stock and pre-order items, we'll automatically ship your ready-stock items first so you can enjoy them sooner.
Once your pre-order items arrive, we'll send them in a separate shipment at no additional shipping cost to you.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still in their original packaging. Just email us at hello@olivebasics.com or DM us on Instagram with your order number to get started.
Returns are processed as store credit and typically take 7–10 business days once received. Please note that items purchased on sale, with certain promo codes, or classified as inner wear aren’t eligible for return.

Our studio is generally open Monday to Friday, 11:00am–5:00pm. We highly recommend booking an appointment in advance so we can prepare your preferred pieces and ensure you have the best possible experience with us.

Yes! Most of our collection is available to see and try on at the studio. The only exceptions would be pieces that are currently on pre-order or sold out.
If you already have a few favourites in mind, just let us know through Instagram DM or Email before your appointment and we'll do our best to have them ready for you.
