I bought the Jesse Tencel pants in denim for maternity wear, and found those to be comfy but too tight for later in second trimester. The Olive Basics team referred me the Isabel pants which have been both flattering and really comfortable to wear!
I really like the fabric - it's extremely comfortable and I think I'd love a full dress made out of it. Also love the fact that the white version is not sheer at all. The cutting is a little too short and boxy for me however - maybe a larger size would be better.
The material is lightweight and super comfortable. At the same time, it is structured so you can wear it casually or to office depending on your top. I also like that the slits are not too high so it is still modest when you sit down but yet allows you to sit on the floor comfortably. I’m a UK10 and wear this in size SM (same for the Leah skirt).
I was attracted to the cut and the lovely dusty rose colour. The fit is very flattering and being 157cm tall, the regular length sits about 2 cm from the floor. I was surprised that the colour actually goes with many tops I own. Very happy with my purchase!
Has the look of a more dressed up jean without the stiffness when wearing jeans. Really love this for how I feel when wearing it, and it’s super easy to match with tops.
Have bought other maternity pants before for my first pregnancy but these are by far much more comfortable. Sized down for this pair after trying on at the Mummy’s Market as they have more stretch.
I honestly hate wearing long pants cos of the weather in Asia. I always opt for shorts when I can, until I found the Isabel pants 🫣 Now I really can’t stop wearing it to run errands, go shopping, go on dates and even to travel! It’s so comfy, I even wore it to go ice skating!
Truly my go-to pants cos I can style it relaxed or wear a shirt over & still look put together! I love that you can also wear it high or low-waisted & you can secure it with the side buttons!!
So recommended to anyone looking for a comfy & versatile pants!
Since I gave birth 2 months ago, I have been wearing my Esther tanks (in 3 colours) on rotation every single time I go out. They are my prettiest nursing friendly outfits, and have served me well over the Christmas and New Year season! They are simple and go well with a variety of skirts and trousers, or with a shirt thrown over. The material and tailoring are perfect, making them understated but elegant, and oh so comfortable. I've received many compliments wearing them, a confidence booster when postpartum! I have tried standard nursing tanks with clips but I dislike it when my clothes scream 'breastfeeding attire'. These tanks are no less easy to use (in fact the quick pull down is much easier than unhooking a clip with one hand) and will remain favourites in my wardrobe beyond nursing. Also a big thank you to the Olive Basics team for excellent customer service each time I interact with them, definitely a brand I trust and will keep coming back to again.
I love Modal and comfort. This pair of shorts is exactly that. I wish I could have several of these to sleep in as my pajamas. Did I mention how soft they are. Besides the awesome material, the length of the shorts is also modest for someone who is 170cm tall to wear out. It's super stretchy which is something I love as I'm very active. The shorts moves with the body. The pocket is probably the only one detail that needs an improvement as my mobile phone tends to slide out, falling out of the pocket when I'm seated.
This has to be officially my favourite tank top - stylish, breathable, modern! The Diana tank is a great addition to anyone who wants a grab and go without making a mess of your wardrobe because trust me when I say this - it matches with anything and suitable for any occasion. I love the v-neckline as well as it adds depth to the overall look and outfit. I wore this a couple of times during my pregnancy and it was always so comfortable. Definitely recommend for everyone to have this in their daily wardrobe rotation!!
I was so glad to chance upon Olive Basics while I was in my third trimester. Third trimester was a real struggle for me as I was trying to find clothes that would fit my big belly but yet able to wear after birth for nursing. I didn't particularly like the clip-on nursing tanks so the Esther tank was just perfect! Furthermore, third trimester belly itchiness is no joke but the bamboo material of the Esther tank was so lightweight and beathable I really didn't feel much itch when wearing it. Definitely highly recommend anyone who wants a top that will last you through your pregnancy journey and even postpartum.
OB’s padded tank tops are truly a masterpiece. I’m 38 weeks pregnant and it is the most comfortable clothing to wear right now. Can’t wait to wear them during my breastfeeding journey :)
Pleased with my bulk purchases. Hope there are more versatile pieces especially pants
I bought the Esther Easy Latch Tank in various colours, usually a UK8 and picked size M/L, fit is just nice and slightly relaxed where the underbust band and waist area is not too tight, material is very comfortable. Very easy to latch baby when wearing the square neck side, don’t even have to pull down the straps, just have to pull the bust area down, much more convenient than nursing tanks with clips. However straps are a little bit loose for me and falls off sometimes, so the wearable pump is a bit loose as well. Overall very well made and comfortable and I wear this all day as home wear and even for going out.
Wore this on holiday to the pool and beach! It's so airy and immediately accessible for breastfeeding.
I wish I had gotten OB's stuff when I had my first child. But I was overseas all along and only manage to get OB stuff on my third child when he's 13 months. Regardless, I can totally foresee myself wearing these all the way even for work and stuff!! Love the versatility of the clothes. If you are like me and are used to just getting temporary and cheap maternity wear where you wear once and ditch, OB stays with you all the way!
