Our innovative breastfeeding-friendly designs allow breastfeeding mothers to ditch nursing bras. With features like in-built removable bra paddings, discreet side zips and comfortable adjustable straps, our maternity clothes make nursing hassle-free and convenient.
Anti-bacterial and Breathable Fabrics
Our design process always begins with fabric and function in mind. In the Olive Basics’ collection, we only use fabrics that are kind to your skin. You will find mum and baby-friendly fabrics, predominantly bamboo and TENCEL, which are naturally anti-bacterial, cool to the touch, and moisture wicking. Never worry about feeling uncomfortable even through hot flushes and possible skin sensitivities that appear during or after pregnancy.
Our materials are machine washable, quick-drying, gentle on sensitive skin, wrinkle-free, and perfect for maintaining hygiene and comfort with minimal effort. Some designs even feature water-resistant fabrics!

Made by a Mum for Mums
Like many new mums, I struggled to find practical yet stylish maternity clothing. When I discovered that other mums felt the same, I created Olive Basics – functional womenswear and maternity clothing designed for a busy woman's real needs.
Our journey began with a successful Kickstarter campaign, where we were 114% funded in just one month by 71 amazing backers.
With their help, Olive Basics was born, made by a mum for mums everywhere.
Designed for maternity, breastfeeding, and nursing on-the-go, our community-driven start underscores our commitment to listening to and evolving with our customers' needs.
